**Who You Are**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Receiving & Inspection**: Perform receiving inspections, verifying all inbound shipments for accuracy and quality control.
- **Cross-Docking**: Manage cross-docking of inbound shipments, directing products to stock or pulling orders for same-day shipment to end users when possible.
- **Order Picking & Processing**: Pick orders from stock and process them with the goal of same-day shipping whenever feasible.
- **Organization**: Ensure that partial orders, pickup orders, and stock are organized to a high standard for efficient access.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining stock levels through regular cycle counts and promptly communicate any inventory discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
- **Warehouse Efficiency**: Contribute to warehouse organization, layout optimization, and participate in process improvement initiatives.

**Additional Skills and Abilities**:

- **Team Player**: Be a forward-thinking, continuous improvement-driven team player who is always looking for ways to enhance operational efficiency.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong computer skills, with the ability to process and manage inbound orders using ERP software.
- **Experience**: Familiarity with serializing and handling complex warehouse procedures is an asset.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Steel-toed safety boots required (warehouse environment).
- **Forklift certification** is preferred but not required.

**Requirements**:

- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in all tasks is essential.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as receiving clerk or similar position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
