**Handyperson - 5 Month Contract**

**Duties**

Carpentry & trim work
Drywall & painting
Laying flooring
Install new doors
Install new vanity & toilet
Some tiling
Additional duties as required

**Additional Requirements**

Must be experienced and able to operate power tools skillfully
Able to work independently
Criminal Reference Check required upon conditional offer
Personal vehicle required as there is no public transport to job location
Must be legally able to work in Canada

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

All staff are fully vaccinated

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Grafton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
