- Budtenders are responsible for welcoming and greeting customers as they arrive in the store.
- Budtenders are required to work at this store location as well as our 701 Lawrence Avenue West location.
- Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Knowledgeable about of new products and strains of cannabis, changes in laws and industry trends in order to provide the best service to customers
- Ability to process sales transaction accurately and efficiently via cash, debit, and credit card
- Ensure accurate product scanning
- Process online orders
- Maintain hygienic conditions at the front of the house
- Provide recommendations on cannabis products based on customer requests
- Ensure accurate product scanning
- Work effectively and collaboratively with other team members

**Qualifications**
- Criminal Background Check
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Flexible availability
- Knowledgeable about cannabis
- Passionate about cannabis and normalizing its use
- Strong Attention to detail
- Pass provincial training course
- High School Diploma
- Reliable
- Trust-worthy
- Customer service experience is an asset
