We are currently hiring a **Manager - Mission Relationship and Operational SLA** for our Ottawa office. This senior role is pivotal in managing diplomatic relationships and driving operational success across our Canadian operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary liaison between BLS and the Indian Consulate.
- Provide strategic leadership to operational teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute revenue-generating initiatives while maintaining profitability.
- Ensure compliance with legal, immigration, and data protection regulations.
- Lead and support team development, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively resolving issues.
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold service standards.
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation to meet financial targets.
- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in operations or relationship management, preferably in government or diplomatic settings.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of Canadian regulatory frameworks, including immigration and data protection.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
