**We are looking for EPIC People to be part of the Turf Pro's Grounds Maintenance team lead**

Turf Pro Landscaping is hiring Grounds Maintenance team lead for our London location. We require Grounds Maintenance team lead. This position requires open availability. Reporting to work Monday to Friday. Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is recommended.

- Perform general grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding & cultivating gardens, trimming plant material as needed, and edging lawns
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other grounds maintenance workers
- Ensure that all outdoor areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate efforts and ensure efficient Grounds Maintenance operation.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of plant care
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Strong leadership skills to supervise a team of grounds maintenance workers
- Mechanical knowledge, ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to equipment an asset
- Willingness to work and drive in extreme weather conditions

This position requires individuals who are reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in challenging weather conditions.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
