Newmarket, Canada Topmax Cleaning Services Inc. Full time

Two office cleaners needed to clean a Veterinary clinic in Newmarket between 1 am - 4 am, daily.

**Cleaning Services**:

- Waiting rooms.
- Back offices.
- Employee break rooms.
- Restrooms.
- Kennels, and;
- Exam rooms.
- Cleaning main entrance doors inside out.
- Cleaning kitchen.
- Cleaning washrooms.
- Cleaning desks/tables, cabinets, counters, phones, etc.
- Cobwebs removal.
- Emptying waste containers.
- Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors.

**Cleaning Schedule**:
**Position #1**
- Monday through Friday, four times a week, for four hours (4) with 1 cleaner per cleaning visit, between 1 am and 4 am.

**Position #2**
- Saturday and Sunday, two times a week, for four hours (4) with 1 cleaner per cleaning visit, between 1 am and 4 am.

**Requirements**:

- Available to start in Sept.
- Own vehicle.
- To be residing within less than 25 minutes from Newmarket.
- Over 10 years of office cleaning experience, easy-going, trustworthy, friendly, and reliable.

**We Provide Everything**:

- All cleaning supplies, commercial vacuums, buckets, mops, etc. would be provided by us.
- No face masks are required.

**Pay**:
**Position #1**
- Pay: $1650 per month

**Position #2**
- Pay: $600

We pay by E-transfers.
