**Marketing Specialist (Group)**:
**Location: Hybrid - York Mills, Burlington**

Empire life is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist to join our Group Marketing team

The Group Marketing Specialist supports all marketing and administration activities including and communication materials/activities, webinar and other marketing administration tasks, data gathering and analysis, digital & social posts for Group Marketing initiatives. The Group Marketing Specialist will be the main point of contact for day-to-day requests and will provide administrative support to the Product, Marketing and Sales Enablement team.

**What you’ll be working on**Perform marketing administrative support to the team - i.e. tracking of content updates, annual update and compliance review of marketing materials, issuance of CE certificates, invoice processing-
- Manage the library of materials including website content, ensuring that communication and marketing collateral is accurate, up to date, reviewed annually and meets corporate brand guidelines- Manage and support marketing governance & compliance using Workfront and other tools - ensure requisite approvals are obtained and logged- Manage and execute webinars- Gather, analyze and interpret data, producing reports, dashboards or other KPIs to assist in data driven decisioning and planning
- Assist/execute event planning and preparation of distribution partner and internal webinars, seminars, client events and annual conferences

**What we’re looking for you to have**:
2+ years of Marketing experience within the financial/insurance services industry- Strong administrative and project management skills- Clear and concise business writing, editing, proof-reading- Experience as a writer/ability to write effective copy for B2B and B2C audiences- Experience building and managing marketing/communications campaigns-
- Excellent presentation skills; ability to create polished decks- Analytical - quantitative/qualitative skills, able to gather data and tell a story in dashboards- Sense of urgency, self-directed and drive for results- High accountability and pride of ownership- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to project manage deliverables with strong attention to detail/accuracy and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
