**LBM Sales Associate**

**What You’ll Do**:
- Assist customers in selecting the right building supplies for their projects.
- Leverage your knowledge of building materials to provide expert advice and support.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with efficiency and accuracy.
- Tackle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Support contractors and customers at Cash Service Desk
- Change prices on merchandise, bins, displays, etc. as necessary.
- Participate in regular cycle counting and assist in taking annual inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional shopping experience.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A background in the building industry or knowledge of building supplies would be an asset
- Experience in customer service, with a focus on providing excellent support.
- A willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, friendly attitude that puts customers first.
