We are currently seeking sales associates for a Global Pet Foods store located in Vaughan.

Global Pet Foods Vaughan is a family own and operated neighborhood pet store. We specialize in natural, holistic and wholesome pet foods and supplements for every type of pet. In this position, you will gain hours and hours of pet food knowledge and become an expert in pet food nutrition.

Successful applicants will start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Store opening/closing
- Greeting and assisting customers with their furry friends
- Receiving, stocking and organizing inventories
- Cashing customers out
- Maintaining store cleanliness & tidiness

Requirement for the job:

- Able to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the day
- Must love pets and animals
- Outgoing personality
- Strong customer service skills
- Passionate in learning about pet nutrition and care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- pet retail: 1 year (preferred)
