**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets through effective team management.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff members to ensure a competent team.
- Manage payroll processing, scheduling, and time management for staff to optimize store coverage.
- Oversee merchandising efforts, including pricing strategies, product placement, and inventory control to maximize sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
- Coordinate purchasing and stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Maintain administrative records such as bookkeeping, sales reports, and budget tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards at all times.

**Experience**
- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail or a related field is preferred.
- Strong background in retail sales, merchandising, and store management is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively.
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic bookkeeping is required.
- Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus—to serve diverse customer demographics effectively.
- Experience with marketing strategies, pricing policies, and sales management will be advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
