Bartender

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations while preparing and serving drinks.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain a positive experience.
- Must be able to do serving as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous bartending experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage preparation is an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Familiarity with POS systems is desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: Up to $17.20 per hour
