**Location** - Work primarily takes place at Jasper Avenue, Enterprise Square. This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person.

**Position**

Are you a passionate and experienced professional in talent management? Are you adept at fostering organizational culture, driving engagement, and implementing effective recognition programs and strategies, with robust experience in talent acquisition?

As a Consultant, Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in working with our Human Resource Partners and client groups to develop and implement programs and strategies that attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance, project management and insights on a number of functional areas within the Talent Management Center of Expertise. These functional areas may include organizational culture, engagement, recognition, and talent acquisition strategy. You will have the ability to work on a variety of projects as the strategic priorities shift and evolve.

**Duties**
- Focus on driving results from the Human Resources, Health, Safety and Environment (HRHSE) Strategic plan.
- Drive a diversity-first approach, ensuring historically underrepresented or marginalized equity-deserving groups are appropriately represented in the Talent Management projects and strategies.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of hiring managers and campus collaborators.
- Support university governance work through process optimization and policy work specific to the Talent Management CoE.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies across the CoE within engagement, culture and performance, and succession as needed.
- Lead, participate and collaborate in committees and working groups of peers on HRHSE-related initiatives and projects.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree is required; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 5 -7 years of progressive experience in human resources management or a related field.
