We are in search of an Automotive Parts Advisor

**Job Duties**:

- Order parts for clients needing vehicle repairs in an efficient and timely manner.
- Receive parts orders with accuracy.
- Communicate with the technicians and service department to ensure the job gets done.
- Address customer questions/needs promptly and professionally.
- Work with our suppliers to create mutually beneficial business relationships
- Support parts inventory count, ordering, and receiving.
- Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence.
- Maintain accurate inventory and support regular bin checks.
- Support the dealership’s warranty claim process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts and accessories, and logistics of the supply chain.
- Actively maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the Parts Department.
- Possess a strong aptitude of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs.
- Proficient in the use of various operating systems, and ability to learn to work effectively within the dealership management system (SERTI).
- Other duties as required.

- Organized and pays attention to detail.
- Flexible and open to change; take on special tasks as needed.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
