GCBS Group is a fast expanding building services company who is looking for **subcontractor handyman** to perform multiple repairs and maintenance tasks throughout **Kitchener and surrounding areas**.
This position requires the person to work both independently and as a team. Must be resourceful with required materials for job sites and accustomed to reporting electronically and manually. Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions and environment.
**Duties could include**:
- General building repairs.
- Painting.
- Drywall Repair.
- VCT tile repairs and replacement.
- Ceramic tile replacement.
- Ceiling tile replacement.
- Plumbing
- Electrical
**_ Own Insurance and WSIB Coverage for all subcontractors is required_**
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years experience as a general handyman.
- Own your own vehicle
- Own your own tools.
- Working at Heights training is a plus.
- Able to lift 50 pounds independently.
**Wage will depend on the work being done, we are looking for hourly rates from subcontractors.**
