**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a **Document Imaging Specialist** to join our Invoicing Department.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Monitor drop box for trip jackets. Separate into hourly and highway jackets, and give to hourly jackets to Operations for payroll approval
- Separate highway jackets between Company, Owner Operators and Bulk for payroll cut-offs
- Separate paperwork in trip jacket by customer to prep for indexing into specific queues in document imaging system
- Verify the order number on trip jacket is correct in Operating system and number no all paperwork for indexing
- Determine and write correct document type on each paper. i.e. POD, CUS, BOL etc.
- Scan and save each batch of jackets separately and index into Software (Synergize)
- To perform other related duties as required

- Back up on switchboard functions for all breaks/vacations/statutory holidays
