**Production Systems Specialist**
Do you have a passion for print and understand colour management?
Do you have an aptitude for hardware and software implementation and trouble shooting?
Can you lead conversations regarding production print solutions?
As a
**Production Systems Specialist**, you will partner with Account Executive to provide pre and post sales solutions support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customers document workflow and recommend solutions to streamline and improve customer processes
- Conduct testing, product trials and provide proof of concepts
- Perform product demonstrations either at our showroom or at our Authorized Dealer locations
- Conduct end-user hardware and software training
- Partner with Account Executives in preparing quotes, proposals, and account reviews
- Provide ongoing training to the Account Executives and Canon Authorized Dealers
- Occasional business travel to Western Canada
**To Succeed, You Will Need**:
- Post secondary education in the Graphics Arts field
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Ability to assess client issues and identify necessary solutions
- Strong computer and technical skills are required to use Onyx, Prisma, Colour management Software, and Work-flow Software
- Excellent project and process management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and all aspects of client solutions projects
- Obtain or be in process of obtaining G7 Certification is an asset
