- Duties:_
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos
- Deliver sales that meet our patient needs by recommending products that meet customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the team
- Welcome our customers and book appointments
- Assist in engaging with customers from our lease line.
- Skills:_
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records effectively
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Previous experience in retail sales is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, in English, to interact with customers and team members
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction

We partner with amazing local Doctors of Optometry and Employ Qualified Opticians to assist our Eye Care Consultants in delivering on our goals.

Pay: $17.90-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
