Retail/Customer Service

**Responsibilities**:
**Shipping**
- Data Entry
- Liaising with customers to arrange shipping dates
- Boxing up and shipping out orders
- Invoicing and processing payments

**Warehouse**
- Boxing up sport orders
- Picking product in preparation for trucking
- Working on label line
- Preparing gift baskets and tins for retail
- Receiving product and checking against packing slip

**Retail**
- Physical handling of inbound sportfish
- Assisting customers with paperwork and retail counter sales using POS.
- Utilize inhouse software to track and manage store inventory and sport orders.
- Manage high volume of phone calls assisting customers or directing to appropriate departments.
- Review transfer documents, store picks to ensure accurate receiving in to the store.

Applicants should have a positive attitude, be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and be physically capable of occasional heavy lifting.

On the job training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $19.00-$21.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Nanaimo, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Secondary School (preferred)
