**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our logistics team. This role includes both dispatching and routing responsibilities to ensure efficient daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and adjust routes for drivers based on workload and customer needs
- Schedule and dispatch drivers, providing accurate instructions and updates
- Monitor routes, track shipments, and resolve issues in real time
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activity and driver hours
- Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams to support smooth operations

**Qualifications**:

- Previous dispatch or routing experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts and manage time-sensitive tasks
- Proficiency with dispatch or routing software is an asset
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

**Schedule & Compensation**:

- **Schedule**:
Wednesday to Saturday 04:00 - 14:30
- **Pay**: $25 per hour
