Barista / Waiter(Ess)

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is customer service oriented and capable of keeping their work area impeccably clean at all times. This individual must be able to prepare and serve specialty coffees, alcoholic beverages and other beverages as well as food such as baked goods, sandwiches and full meals to guests.

**Job Duties**:

- Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Clean service and seating areas.
- Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Describe menu items to customers and suggest products that might appeal to them.
- Order, receive, and stock supplies.
- Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.
- Receive and process customer payments.
- Serve prepared foods.
- Stock customer service stations with paper products and beverage preparation items.
- Take customer orders and convey them to other employees for preparation.
- Take out garbage.
- Wrap, label, and date food items for sale.
- Create signs to advertise special menu items of the day.
- Demonstrate the use of retail equipment, such as espresso machines.
- Prepare or serve menu items, such as sandwiches or salads.
- Set up or restock product displays.

- Fluent in French & English
- Responsible

- 1-2 years of experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32-40 per week

**Salary**: $10.50-$12.00 per hour
