Our 3rd-generation family business spans real estate, storage, brokerage, and hospitality. We’ve been around for decades and are still growing. **Why This Role is Exciting**
- You’ll take full ownership of procurement systems, including quoting, vendor management, and cost tracking.
- Solve complex purchasing challenges, from stalled orders to technical or specialized products.
- Work closely with a small, supportive team (half days, one other procurement specialist, and the manager) and get direct access to leadership.
- Opportunities to improve processes, implement system upgrades, and leave your mark on our operations.

Pay: $44,809.43-$60,000.00 per year
