Car Jockey

**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Jockey to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of vehicles within the dealership or parking facility. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. **Duties**
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Support dealership operations by assisting with various tasks as needed.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills to enhance guest experiences.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience in cash handling is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling better communication with diverse clientele.
- A background in hospitality or guest services is advantageous.
- Familiarity with dealership operations can enhance performance in this role.

Pay: $41,600.00-$45,760.00 per year
