**We are looking for a Cross Border Logistics Specialist at our **Leduc Terminal for the day shift that runs Monday to Friday.**
- Manage end to end dispatch process for cross border long haul
- Supervise pool of cross border drivers and/or Owner Operators
- Utilize Axon to enter requests, generate reports, etc.
- Record daily attendance
- Ensure that all trip report paperwork is completed accurately and on time for driver pay calculations and finalization
- Ensure billing documentation is timely processed including site signing
- Provide drivers with WCB paperwork, notify Operations Supervisor of WCB incidents and assist with administration
- Create Stellar reports for trip disruptions, incidents, accidents or enroute breakdowns
- Provide support to Canadian dispatching boards on an as needed basis
- Perform random equipment checks
- Maintain relationships with the Sales department and current customers to identify opportunities for growth with existing and new customers
- Coordinate with shop personnel regarding repairs, inspections, and regular maintenance
- Act as first respondent to report incidents from the terminal to EMR group
- Participate in all safety related, compliance, and regulatory programs and education
- 5+ years of directly related experience in bulk commodities transportation
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Possess working knowledge of products, sites, regulations, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite of products
- Polite and professional attitude
- High regard for safety
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
