We are now hiring a Produce Manager at our Kitchener location

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with our affiliated company, Roseland, and Vendors to enhance programs and ensuring local market relevance
- Strategically manage pricing to ensure we are competitive in the market and also maximizing profits
- Accelerate produce sales growth through a data & insights driven approach
- Collaborate with Sales Team to grow market share and expand penetration
- Partner with Marketing team to develop and implement innovative produce marketing/promotional agendas
- Work closely with QA/Inventory Team, Warehouse and Transportation to ensure the integrity of all inbound and outbound produce
- Manage and direct effective control of produce shrink
- Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings as required
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Marketing or Sales role within Foodservice preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ produce industry experience preferred
- Strong technical skills and experience conducting data analysis
- Ability to build effective relationships across multiple areas of the Company
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize opportunities and develop actionable strategic plans
- Strong time management skills, and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Class G Driver's license and use of a personal vehicle for work related travel required
