We are currently looking for a ''handyman'', for the L'AVENTURA residential building. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need
**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Able to lay floating floor
- All other related tasks
- Collaborate or perform any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior
- Do minor repairs in the apartments (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, change water heaters, etc.)
- Inform the immediate superior of the needs for materials and products for the maintenance and upkeep of the building
- Knowledge of plumbing and electricity
- Make spring and winter outdoor preparations.
- Preventive maintenance on equipment
- Remove snow and ice from sidewalks occasionally
**Construction**:
- Make service calls
**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience
- Customer service experience an asset
- Has tools
