**Requirements**:

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred but not required.
- 3 shift rotation (days, afternoons, midnights).
- Production experience preferred.
- Communicate in English (orally and in writing).

**Job Duties**
- Must be able to inspect and pack finished pistons to required quality and production standards.
- Understand and adhere to the control and containment procedure for non-conforming or suspect non-conforming product.
- Understand and adhere to the scrap protocol procedure.
- Repack parts as necessary following repack priority schedule.
- Understand and adhere to Escalation Process.
- Compliance to all safety rules as well as company policies.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.25-$22.50 per hour
