**Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as Industrial Cable Assistant. This role is essential in supporting various projects and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

**Duties**
- Under direct supervision, responsible for spooling the cable as it is pulled from the field site hole
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Works closely with the Service Operators and Service Supervisors in the installation of the cable into the field site hole. Load, perform pre-trip inspection, transport cable spool from the shop to the field site location and rig up. Responsible for unloading cable at the shop and reloading for next trip.
- Prepare paperwork to include DOT requirements, IFTA reports, billable and non
- billable hours and mileage.
- Complete training on safety, cable shop procedures and learn about installations from field trips
- Develops a basic understanding of energy industry activities and products and services at the shop and site

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in labor or construction is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.
- A valid Class A CDL license is required.
- The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required.
- Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required.
- Basic computer skills are preferred.

As a Industrial Cable Assistant you will work in a dynamic environment where teamwork and commitment to quality are paramount.

Pay: $25.00-$30.40 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
