**STARTING WAGE: $22.05 to $23.36 PLUS SHIFT PREMIUM**

**Able to work in West Lorne, ON (30 minutes West of London; 40 minutes East of Chatham) - Reliable transportation is required as we are NOT on a bus route. GAS SUBSIDY AVAILABLE**

Rockland Flooring is a global leader in the Laminated Truck Flooring market. Our manufacturing facility in West Lorne, ON utilizes state of the art wood processing equipment and continuously invests in new equipment and process upgrades.

We are looking for someone to assume the responsibilities of a Factory Custodian. Come join our Rockland Flooring Team

This position currently works the following; however schedules may change
- _**Monday - 11:30 pm. 8:00 am**_
- _**Tuesday - 11:30 pm - 8.00 am**_
- _**Wednesday - 11:30 pm - 8.00 am**_
- _**Thursday - 11:30 pm - 8.00 am**_
- _**Friday - 6:00pm - 2:30 am**_
- **Hours listed above are based on a 40-hour work week**_

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive hourly wage between $22.05 to $23.36 to start; opportunity for advancement

**What you Offer**:

- Daily - clean the glue spreader and related work area-following the proper and safe procedure as outlined in the SOP.
- Maintain all washrooms, canteens, water coolers and eyewash stations to a high standard of cleanliness (Plant 3, Plant 4 and Maintenance).
- All department areas to be swept clean and all debris is to be collected and removed to designated containers this includes Plant 3, Plant 4 and Maintenance and occasionally office areas. This involves crawling under conveyors and using proper lock-out on equipment.
- Outside perimeter of all buildings and kilns to be kept free of debris and garbage. This includes snow removal and de-icing as required in all entrances to buildings.
- Ensure cleaning supplies are available when needed.
- Will need to become Forklift Certified.
- Be able to follow proper lock out procedures and all other PPE and safety rules.
- Be able to self direct with good time management skills.
- Must be able to work in a team of two.
- These are not all inclusive and may require other jobs to be performed.
- Dependable - which includes changing shift start and/or end time, including occasional weekend work
- Must be able to self direct working duties.
