**About the job**:
**Carmax Hyundai** is seeking a skilled and experienced F&I Manager to join our team. As the F&I Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financing and insurance for our customers purchasing vehicles. This role requires a strong background in customer service, sales, financial services, and dealership operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of financing and insurance for vehicle purchases
- Work closely with customers to explain and finalize financing options
- Review and verify accuracy of all documents related to financing and insurance
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service within a dealership setting
- Previous sales experience in financial services or automotive industry
- Familiarity with dealership finance operations and procedures
- Available to work flexible hours
