Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with quotes, policy renewals, and coverage changes in collaboration with account managers.
- Review contracts to ensure insurance requirements are met and follow up on discrepancies.
- Prepare and issue certificates, summaries, proposals, and other client-facing documents.
- Support commercial auto policies, including driver checks and updates.
- Handle administrative tasks, including support for reception and motor vehicle departments.
- Assist in the sale of policies such as Contractor’s, Commercial Auto, Course of Construction, and Special Events.
- Has strong organizational skills and enjoys working behind the scenes to help everything run smoothly
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both with clients and team members
- Is eager to learn about commercial insurance and grow within the industry
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and takes initiative to support the team
- Has experience in administrative or client service roles (insurance experience is a bonus, but not required)
- Is comfortable with technology and able to adapt to new systems
