**Oakville Estates Retirement Residence,** our newest and most Luxurious Residence located in beautiful Oakville, Ontario, is seeking a dynamic and passionate **Environmental Services Manager** to join our growing team.

As the **Environmental Services Manager** you would be responsible for the building’s preventative maintenance program, day to day maintenance issues, resident maintenance and general maintenance of the pool. In addition, you would assist in getting quotes for vendor maintenance contracts including grounds.

The successful applicant will have:

- Proven experience in the maintenance of equipment and building systems, including a basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and safety systems.
- Ability to self-regulate and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility in working hours

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Preventative maintenance
- Conduct monthly fire drills with both residents and staff
- Inspection and maintenance of the Residence to maintain a safe and attractive environment
- Responding to emergency situations
- Day to day maintenance, including resident needs
