Automotive Dismantler

Standard Auto Wreckers in Port Hope is a full dismantle auto recycler. We take apart cars and stock parts in our warehouse.

Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a mechanically inclined individual to grow with us.

As an Automotive Dismantler, you will be responsible for removing automotive parts from the vehicles based on work orders.

Job expectations:

- Remove automotive parts from vehicles in a timely and accurate manner based on order requirements
- Inspect parts to ensure components work and are in good quality
- Report any damages accurately in a timely fashion
- Label each part removed for identification
- Complete all work sheets with great attention to detail
- Maintain a clean work space
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

Job Requirements:

- Automotive knowledge of parts
- Tools are not supplied
- Mechanics license an asset but not required

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- automotive: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
