Lethbridge, Canada Family Managed Supports Full time

Require a support person to work with an adult person with disabilities.

This is under family managed supports. To be considered for this role, must be willing to support individual with activities in and out of the house, outings, supports in maintaining house and personal needs. Must be comfortable to be active and move around and do a variety of activities with the individual.

Various shifts required;
Job Duties:

- Support with daily living skills in a residential setting
- Model appropriate behaviour; limited use of personal cell phones while on shift
- Transport to activities and appointments are required.
- Learn and follow written goals as set out by the family for success.
- Be able to adapt to changing situations
- Be able to use sound judegment
- Provide care and compassion and enthusiasm.
- Be willing to have fun and joke around
- Be Willing and able to cook meals and help with house cleaning.

Qualifications;
- 2 Million PLPD Liability vehicle insurance
- First Aid/CPR
- Reliability is a must
- Criminal Record check to include vulnerable sector.

ENGLISH REQUIRED

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- LETHBRIDGE, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
