**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of individuals or teams.
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to help participants improve their skills and performance.
- Monitor progress and adjust training plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, respect, and personal growth.
- Organize and lead practice sessions, workshops, and events to enhance participant engagement.
- Maintain open lines of communication with participants, parents, or stakeholders regarding progress and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on best practices in coaching techniques and methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in coaching or mentoring roles, preferably in a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to motivate others and create a positive learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Certification in coaching or a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for helping others achieve their personal or team goals.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Chess Teacher: 2 years (preferred)
