We are currently hiring 3 positions for dispatch.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
As a Dispatcher, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all calls and service requests are handled efficiently and accurately.

Your key duties will include:

- Receiving and prioritizing incoming service requests for tow truck drivers, to ensure that customers are provided with timely and effective service.
- Communicating with drivers to dispatch them to the correct locations.
- Tracking and maintaining accurate records of service requests from all portals.
- Handling customer inquiries, providing clear communication regarding estimated wait times, and resolving issues related to service delays.
- Coordinating with other portals to ensure no loads are missed.

**Confidentiality and Policies**:
As a Dispatcher, you will be entrusted with sensitive business and customer information. It is expected that you maintain the highest standards of confidentiality regarding all company data, including operational details, customer records, and service schedules. You are required to follow and comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, privacy, and workplace conduct.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a logistics or transportation environment.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail/ strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Must have understanding of local geography, knowledge of maps to ensure you are providing the customers with the most accurate wait/travel times for the driver to arrive.
- **MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM WORK**.
