**Job Description**:
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Scheduling of appointments using EMR software
- Greeting and registering patients
- Making and receiving phone calls
- Processing specialist referrals
- Filing/ faxing/scanning/photocopying
- Invoicing and processing payments to third parties

Qualifications:

- Excellent English communication skill - oral and written
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent internet literacy with proficient typing abilities
- EMR software experience is an asset

Salary - $15.50 - $16.00/ hour

Expected Start Date received following interview

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18-21 per week
