**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assemble equipment according to build manuals and drawings with exceptional attention to detail.
- Conduct pre-assembly and repair protocols to ensure products meet the highest quality standards.
- Conduct product testing and perform final checks, following strict documentation procedures.
- Follow work orders and production schedules to ensure the timely completion of all projects
- Receive and unload parts orders, following quality control measures ensuring accuracy
- Create quality alerts for any line assembly issues, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
- Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the Production Manager to ensure the success of the team

**TO BE SUCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL NEED**
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- A track record of success in manufacturing assembly, using hand tools, power tools, and various fasteners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, and as a part of a team.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
- Good people skills and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Experience in audio technology or a related industry.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
- Warehouse Forklift experience

**EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years in manufacturing assembly using hand tools, power tools, and various fasteners.
- Experience with basic wiring
