Key responsibilities will include:

- Prepare Quotations
- Update customer pricing in part maintenance for all items quoted.
- Prepare weekly reporting and follow up for Sales and tasks.
- Maintain Customer Maintenance within Visual.
- Fiscal review of customer orders and filing.
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets and administrative documents, as per requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Team by maintaining the customer database, customer profiles and customer files within the Portal.
- Attend continuous improvements meetings and complete projects, as required.
- Respond to and assist with customer inquiries, as assigned.
- Provide backup support for Order Entry, as required.
- Promote Fabris and its’ product line.
- Understand, update and follow the policies and procedures of the Quality Management System
- Understand the Health & Safety Management System

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Diploma in Business or Sales and Marketing
- Related experience in customer service, purchase orders or sales support
- Knowledge of shipping Incoterms
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with Visual ERP, and BOM an asset
- Experience in a Machine Shop environment an asset
- Ability to read drawings and materials knowledge
- Knowledge of ISO program
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow complex instructions.
- Attention to detail and ability to learn and follow working procedures and generalized product concepts of Fabris Inc.
