Sever/bartender

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using the POS system, processing payments efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math for cash handling is essential.
- Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bartending best practices is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $16.55-$28.70 per hour
