Salary - 42k-54K

SimpliScapes needs an energetic _**Landscape Manager **_with experience in installing landscape/hardscape and construction projects as well as managaging a crew.

**Team Leads & Team Members - 4 Day Work Weeks**
Hourly Wage: $21-$28/hr

Full Time Position (40 hrs a week)

4 day work week with availability for 5th day. (Tues-Fri)

Paid Overtime at 44+ hours

SimpliScapes needs an energetic _**Landscape Construction Crew Member **_with experience in installing landscape/hardscape and construction projects

And

SimpliScapes needs an energetic _**Landscape Maintenance Crew Member**_ with experience in installing gardens, garden care, maintenance and upkeep

**Wage**:Dependent on experience, skills, division.
- Manager - 42-54k Year
- Crew Leaders - $25-$28/ hr.
- Crew Members
- $21-$24/ hr.

**Specific Job Responsibilities**
- Complete hands-on landscape work as required with team and to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on each project.
- **Operation of a variety of landscape construction equipment** such as: Skid Loader, Small Track Machine, Concrete Saw/Grinder, Compactor, Laser Level, Compact Mini-Excavator.
- **Operation of a variety of landscape maintenance equipment** such as : Riding mower, weed whacker, edger, stand behind mower, push mower, hedging tools, garden tools.
- Installation of patios, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, and retaining walls using interlock pavers and other natural stone.
- Able to handle heavy lifting 25-75lbs for extended periods.
- Crew Lead : Driving Truck and Trailer to sites and suppliers.

**Qualifications**
- Have G drivers license
- Reliable transportation
- Clean drivers abstract and must be insurable
- Experience driving truck and dump trailer
- Landscape install experience with a past company
- Garden maintenance experience with a past company
- Construction/Hardscape exp.
- Has worked with natural stone and concrete material to create patios, walls, and outdoor kitchen areas.
- Knowledge of tools and machinery used on construction and maintenance job sites
- Able to work longer hours
- Physically demanding
- Team Oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $21.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
