Don’t search anymore Residential Building Superintendent/Cleaner Team of Two, to join our multi-residential complex located in Abbotsford, British Columbia. **The position(s) will include the following**: - Salary - Live in position with a Rent-Free Apartment - On-the-job Training **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Administrative office duties; - Show vacant apartments to prospective residents; - Ensure cleanliness of public areas & corridors; - Thoroughly clean lobbies, laundry room and washroom, elevator cab, garbage chute and garbage rooms, including mopping and vacuuming of all floors, runners and furniture; - Cleaning and wiping of all windows, doors, trims, baseboards, walls, floors in the common areas, including the tops of washers and dryers; - Dusting all lobby area light shades, picture frames and table tops; - Prepare apartments for new residents; - Disposing of all pamphlets and flyers from mail room, lobby area and garbage receptacles, removing debris on every floor; - Completing Move In and Move Out Inspections; - Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance; - Other grounds maintenance; - Addressing resident concerns effectively and promptly; - Always maintaining positive safety and security; - Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies; - Maintain fire safety and winter logs; - Follow an "on call" schedule; - Other duties as assigned by Manager **Essential Skills**: - Experience with Yardi and Property Vista an asset; - Oral communication; - Working with others; - Minimum of 2 years of experience **Resident Building Superintendent Team/Cleaner of Two applicants, are required to submit both resumes for consideration.** Ability to commute/relocate: - Abbotsford, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
