**HRMS Manager**

**Summary**

Providing day to day management of the global HRMS: This involves overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of the HRMS system, liaising with other functions (IT, Finance, etc.). This role is responsible for ensuring the system(s) is running effectively and efficiently, and that it meets the needs of the organization. Reporting to the Executive Director, Global Total Rewards, you will perform a range of duties including system integration, ensuring data accuracy, preparing reports, and developing data processing systems.

**Responsibilities**

As the owner of the HRMS, you will be responsible for:

- System configuration;
- Manages all modules in the HRMS system;
- Adjust business processes to reflect business needs;
- Monitor system performance;
- Researching and resolving problems, including performing system testing;
- Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data;
- Work alongside the vendor to perform regular assessments and recommend improvements to the HRMS;
- Oversee all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department;
- Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.
- Report Development and System knowledge
- Develops, configures, and produces various customized reports, preferably using Cognos BI.
- Manages and controls systems security and access
- Training of users, including HR;
- Providing instructions to the system users and advising them on how to use the information systems effectively to ensure optimal use
- Answers questions from HR
- Managing relationships with HRMS vendors and service providers.
- Researching and staying current with trends, best practices, new technologies and relevant laws to ensure the HRMS system is compliant with all laws and regulations, such as the GDPR, Law 25 (Canada-Privacy and Data Governance) and PIPEDA.
- Providing thought leadership, vision, and conceptual ideas around enabling technology and workforce analytics.
- Ensuring system compliance with all other technologies that rely on the HRMS system.
- Overseeing and implementing sound people data security processes in conjunction with internal policies.
- Planning and creating comprehensive reporting solutions and data analytics to highlight useful information and support decision making.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide enabling technology and tools utilizing data from various systems for reporting and workforce analytics.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to build and maintain the strategic roadmap for people and reporting technology.

As the system technical resource, you will be responsible for:

- Mass uploads
- Data conversion (implementation and acquisitions)
- Integrations with other systems (implementation and acquisitions)
- Develop and/or interprets specifications for interfaces with other systems in collaboration with other departments;
- Coordinates interface projects with other systems;
- Tests and implements interfaces.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant field.

**Main Requirements**
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HRMS manager position preferably with Ultipro/UKG suite.
- Mandatory report building experience using Cognos BI.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
- Mandatory report building experience using Cognos BI.
- Practical experience with HR database administration, including payroll systems;
- Experience with HRMS implementation (UKG/Ultipro, Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP, etc.), system integration and payroll (global implementation experience considered an asset);
- Experience in IT considered an asset;
- Capability to spearhead projects, manage timelines and collaborate with stakeholders
- Excellent change management and problem solving skills;
- Good communication and organizational skills.

**Working Conditions**
