Dishwasher

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans used in food preparation and service.
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and food preparation areas.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring that all necessary items are readily available for cooking and serving.
- Dispose of waste properly and assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, food service practices, and food handling guidelines is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong cleaning skills with an emphasis on sanitation standards.
- Willingness to assist in various kitchen tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
