Knowledge of electroplating processes regarding Nickel/Chrome & Zinc.
- Knowledge of conventional waste treatment systems
- Knowledge of reverse osmosis technology
- Certified Electroplater and finisher registration or similar education
- Minimum of five years' experience directly related to the electroplating process
- Position requires employee to work 1 week summer shutdown and occasional over time
- Ability to troubleshoot problems related to Chrome Plating in general
- Monitor and maintain plating parameters and criteria as per specifications
- Maintain processes to TS16949 and ISO criteria
- Capable of fundamental computer tasks and reports
- Required to fill in other jobs as required
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a team environment
- Maintain good housekeeping and be familiar with and follow safe operating procedures
