- Clearly understands and performs laborer elements
- Performs all basic skills in training log

**ORIENTATION ATTENDANCE**
- Shows up for work everyday
- Shows up on time

**TIME CLOCK / TIME SHEETS**
- Punch in and out every day (Local Work)
- Properly fill out timesheet daily
- Includes Job #/Driver Hours vs. Passenger Hours/On the Job Hours (Base Pay vs. Prevailing Wage)

**SAFETY**
- Prepared with P.P.E. Daily
- Utilizes P.P.E. on Jobsite
- Follows company dress code (Job Specific)

**DRIVERS LICENSE**
- Check current status

**BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
**A. YARD**:

- Location of Tools/Materials
- Proper Parking (Trucks, Mixers, Personal)
- Able to lift more than 50 LBS
- Proper Fueling Procedures

**B. TRUCKS**:

- Tailgate Operation
- Loading/Securing Load
- Racks (On/Off, Latching)
- Proper Vehicle Operation
- Cleanliness (Inside & Out)

**C. ON THE JOB**:

- Pavement Cleaning (Blower-Broom-Scraper)
- Familiar with Equipment/Machinery
- Prep Work for Site Cleanliness
