We’re looking for a dedicated Lead Painter to contribute to projects that add lasting value to our clients' homes and businesses. **Key Responsibilities**: - Arrive punctually and prepared for work. - Hold a valid G license and have reliable transportation. - Will be expected to travel if necessary - Execute painting tasks in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. - Utilize power tools for surface preparation and painting. - Perform cutting, rolling, caulking, drywall repairs, and construction painting tasks. - Follow schedules and instructions via Google Calendar. - Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment. **Essential Qualifications**: - Extensive experience in residential, commercial, and industrial painting. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team. - Proficient in using power tools for painting and preparation tasks. - Solid understanding of drywall installation, repair, and related construction techniques. - Will be expected to understand and be able to demonstrate the 4 basic skills in painting_(cutting, rolling, caulking, & drywall repairs)._ - Must work clean at all times. - Mandatory criminal record check _(vulnerable sector)_ at your expense. - Must be the age of 25 years or olderfor_reasons linked to our commercial auto insurance policy._ - Minimum 4 years experience in the trade. **Preferred Certifications (Bonus)**: - Working at Heights (WAH) training certificate. - Up-to-date WHMIS certification. - Experience with airless sprayer usage. **Interview Method**: - 1-2 Phone screening if selected - On-site working interview. - Policies & Procedures employment contract signing **Why Work with Us?** Join a company that values your skills, supports your growth, and recognizes your contributions.
