**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage booking of pick-up appointments with logistics companies from 2 locations for our high profile customers, using Google Sheets.
- Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Perform basic math calculations for inventory management and order processing.
- Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude and enforce all safety protocols.
- Provides additional backup support for Shipping & Accounting Managers.
- Assist in maintaining a clean work environment.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in SAP systems is highly recommended.
- Experience with multiple warehouses distribution processes and order fulfillment techniques.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems for tracking inventory.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate counting and measurement.
- Knowledge of package handling procedures to ensure safe transport of goods.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or higher
- 1 year logistics experience or related clerical occupation.
- Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is preferred
- 1 year experience with SAP software is highly recommended
- Driver’s license is recommended as location not on a bus route
