There’s nothing better than accompanying Charlotte from grades 1 to 6. Valley Bus Lines ltd., is looking for school bus drivers to transport students to school in the Kemptville region. Help dozens of kids get to school every day Morning and afternoon, you’ll have to inspect your vehicle, drive safely, maintain discipline on board and make several stops to get children on and off your bus. Rain or shine, we’re counting on you to get them where they need to go.

**Main responsibilities**
- Transport school aged children to and from school.
- Ensure the safety of children when boarding and un-boarding the bus when crossing the street at the bus stop.
- Ensure discipline on board the vehicle.
- Keep mandatory reports up to date (RDS report, daily log, etc.).
- Carry out the daily inspection of the vehicle.
- Keep the vehicle clean.
- Fill up with fuel at the end of the day.

**Job Type**: Part-time / 20h

**Salary**: $20 per hour

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday

**Exigences**:
**Required qualities**
- Demonstrate autonomy and resourcefulness.
- Enjoy working with the public.
- Like to drive.
- Possess a good sense of responsibility, organization, and orientation.

**Requirements**:

- No criminal record related to the job.
- Have a driving record with no demerit points.
- Good knowledge of the territory.
- Spoken and written language: English.
- Possess a valid”G” Class Licence or equivalent, at least 21 years of age and be able to obtain a valid Commercial Driver’s Class “B” Licence through our training program. Must reside in Ontario.
