MDC is looking for someone to join the company's largest Reverse Logistics department **Responsibilities**: - Ensure staff members are properly trained and retrained according to training guides and procedures. - Develop employees through coaching, goal setting, conducting performance reviews - Initiate and implement programs and procedures required to ensure DC safety and cleanliness in all zones - Ensure all equipment is in good order and ensure employees perform pre-shift checks - Maintain labour budget and cost per unit; assist the manager in planning and scheduling labor daily - Understand and process store receiving's including planning for seasonal changes;communicate and liaise with stores for all changes that are required - Promote employee involvement in employee relations and safety committees - Ensure all returns are completed in a timely manner - Maintain KPI accuracy and provide feedback when targets are not met - Ensure compliance with all Brick Group policies and procedures while achievning departmental goals through effective staff management Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset - Minimum 3 years' experience in a diverse warehouse environment.
