**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities to promote independence.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their well-being.
- Support clients with dementia care, ensuring they feel secure and understood.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to create an effective care plan.
- Document client progress and report any concerns or changes in condition promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in caregiving, nursing home settings, or senior care is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques, medication administration, and hospice care is a plus.
- Ability to provide compassionate support to individuals with disabilities or dementia.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for building rapport with clients.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while following care plans closely.
- Certification in caregiving or related fields is advantageous but not required.
